| Description | CN-12-200-64A Klamath Project - Oregon-California. Looking west at equipment developed and used by Contractor to excavate and install plastic drainage tubing in one operation. Note that the trencher tows a hopper which contains and places the cinder envelope around the drainage tubing. Metal shields support the vertical walls of the open trench between the trencher and the hopper. The guide on the bottom of the hopper positions the drainage tubing as it is pulled into the trench.
