C. Holcomb, Lt. C. W. Fawcett, Lt. J. E. Vandiver, and Capt. M. R. Wardall. In late 1941 the Federal Guard was established to protect all vulnerable government property at Coulee Dam from sabotage, theft and possible military attack. During 1942, this group consisted of up to 65 members. |
