Description A tight fit. The clearance between the huge 25-foot rotors and the stators of the two 75,000-kilowatt Shasta Dam generators, being installed at Grand Coulee Dam to make additional power available for war industries, is only 5/8 inch. Format Original photographic prints scanned at 24 bit color, with 4000 pixels by the long side, for master TIFF files on an Epson Expression 10,000 XL scanner. Prints were then batch translated into JPEG files. These JPEGs were then added to the CONTENTdm database at WSU Libraries.
