The workmen in the left foreground are engaged in erecting one of the steel towers for the 230-kilovolt transformer circuit No. 3. A picture in approximately the same place as the one taken on March 31st, 1941 which roughly shows the construction process throughout the year including the absence of the car skip, which was used to transport 684 carloads of material throughout its use. |
