Typical cores are standing alongside the machine, they were shipped to the Denver laboratories for testing purposes. Core samples told inspectors, engineers, and project planners information regarding foundation strength, excavation levels, and even the best sites suited for construction of Grand Coulee Dam, Power plant, and related facilities. |
