| Description | The Totem Broadcasters from radio stations KOMO and KJR of the NBC system at Seattle record a program at the dam site. A total of seven recorded programs each of 30 minutes duration was made on the Columbia Basin Project. They were released in October, 1939, as a part of a series of radio programs entitled "Washington at Work" From left to right, Clarence Clark, technician, A. F. Darland, Field Engineer, and Roland Bradley, commentator. Numerous radio shows reported from the Grand Coulee location, including a CBS broadcast on June 19 |
