Description | The 1938 flood waters top the spillway "A" blocks at elevation 975 and overflow the blockouts recesses prepared for future installation of the elevation 934 outlet works. Flood waters overtopped the diversion channels in 1938 causing delays and minimal damage to construction facilities. |
