| Description | Consolidated Builders' railroad car transfer-skip. Built on the left abutment of the dam, this inclined skipway lowers or raises railroad cars between the U.S. Construction Railroad at elevation 1310 and the trestle deck at elevation 1180. Used to raise or lower rail cars. |
