| Description | Clamshell loading barge with material removed from cofferdam cribbing in the spillway bucket section at blocks 39 and 40. The loaded barge is then towed into midstream, and the material dozed overboard with a Caterpillar tractor. Construction barge loading fill material onto a transportation barge for removal from the dam area. |
