Description 24-ft. diameter octagonal penstock blockout in west power house. Low blocks are for river diversion. This large penstock outline will be flooded by the completion of the East Bank Cofferdam and the necessary rise in water depth accompanying the completion.

Format Original photographic prints were scanned at 24 bit 3000 pixels by the long side for master TIFF files on an Epson Expression 10,000 XL scanner. While 24 bit 150 PPI JPEG also created and added to the CONTENTdm database at the WSU Libraries.
