| Description | Rockwork in Coulee Dam park, built by C.C.C. enrollees. The "New Deal" era Civilian Conservation Corps program was responsible for the construction of the Coulee Dam Park and many other public works projects at the Grand Coulee Dam. Often in slow times during the construction of the Grand Coulee Dam workers would participate in the variety of public works projects required to make Grand Coulee into a fully functioning town. |
