Description | Washing with air and water in preparing surface for next pour. Cooling pipes on floor are one inch in diameter, spaced 5 feet 9 inches. Workers pressure washing a slab of concrete in preparation for another five foot slab of concrete. Notice the cooling pipes spaced 5 feet 9 inches apart, these pipes when flushed with water served to strengthen the concrete by maintaining a constant temperature as it was drying. |
