Description Pier No. 2 Enlargement Modification of Design Plans for modifying the east pier (No.2) of the Columbia River highway bridge. Extra Work Order number two authorized this repair because of a slide that resulted in a nine inch tilt to pier number two.

Format Original photographic prints were scanned at 24 bit 3000 pixels by the long side for master TIFF files on an Epson Expression 10,000 XL scanner. While 24 bit 150 PPI JPEG also created and added to the CONTENTdm database at the WSU Libraries.
