Washington State University Libraries

Field Value
Title "Smith Valley" Gorge
Description East side of block 31, and 1024 and 950 elevation placing trestles."Smith Valley" gorge in foreground. Aggregate conveyor on bridge above. Though the bedrock on the west side was of excellent quality this gorge proved troublesome and required special treatment and deep excavation.
