Title Barge Moving Penstock Liners
Description This barge maneuvered itself between the loading ramp and the right powerhouse by means of cables and a gasoline winch. Upon arriving at the downstream side of the right powerhouse, cranes removed these sections of the main unit penstock liners and placed them on the car operating in the penstock tunnel.
