Description Lake Lillian is one of the Three Sisters Lakes with Blanche and Florence in Mill B South Fork. Water needs in Salt Lake Valley were growing quickly at the turn of the 20th century. A dam was constructed in 1908 at the west end of Lake Lillian to store more water for late summer drawdown. Later, when the dams were increased in height, water flowed down spillways from Lake Blanche to Lake Florence and then to Lake Lillian, before it entered the Mill B water course.
