Relation Central Utah Project; Western Waters Digital Library; 1 no cabins or trailers are to be permitted below the maximum water level possible with strawberry dam 2 all permitees permit ees are required to comply with requirements of the wasatch county health department with respect to sewage and waste disposal 3 approval of plans was to be obtained by july 1 1976 failure to obtain approval would automatically terminate the permit 4 implementation of plans was to be completed on or before september 1 1976 or a permit will be terminated 5 structures located below the maximum water level 7560 feet msl amsl must be removed 6 overnight campers and trailers will be restricted to areas where chemical toilets are available 7 trailers in the vicinity of culinary water sources will be relocated to sites approved by state and county health officials 8 water quality of culinary sources will be protected and monitored every week to 10 days throughout the june october recreation season these management revisions are currently in effect and will remain so during current litigation or until features of the proposed recreation master plan would be implemented the US forest service presently operates camping facilities at bryants abryants Br yants fork in accordance with service guidelines and regulations figure 4 these facilities would be inundated by the enlarged reservoir and will be appropriately removed b soldier creek impoundment interim public facilities have been provided by the bureau of reclamation since 1975 at two locations as shown in figure 4 permanent facilities could not reasonably be constructed because of rising water levels use of the sites proposed in the master plan would place facilities too far away from the water the public facilities include toilets waste receptacles picnic tables and parking areas there are no boat ramps or water supplies although small boats are launched from the shore these facilities are not adequate to accommodate existing and future user demands and will eventually be inundated by the reservoir enlargement c recreation use existing recreation demand and future trends are discussed in chapter IV of the master plan from a study performed by the institute for the 22
