| Relation | Central Utah Project; Western Waters Digital Library; DIAMOND FORK SYSTEM PROJECT the following is is a summary of accomplishments that took place in 1994 for the diamond fork S system YS tem project retained an engineering firm harza engineering for the preliminary design of the monks hollow dam selected an engineering firm boyle engineering for the preliminary design of the upper diamond fork pipeline one goal of the district is to execute a design and construction schedule for the diamond forkpipeline fork fonk pipeline in order to do this certain events had to take place and other steps are in the works activitie activities s completed toward this goal during 1994 are set forth below 1 successfully negotiated a drainage and minor construction d&mc agreement with the DOI DO dol I 1 for the upper diamond fork pipeline As provided for in section 202a6 of the CUPCA this contract must be executed and take into consideration the cost sharing requirements of the CUPCA and provide a reasonable and acceptable allocation of the costs 2 the coverage and scope of the proposed plan must come under the existin existing existing 9 final supplement to the final EIS dated february 22 1990 3 the P reconstruction preconstruction report and accompanying NEPA document will be approved by the office of the secretary 41 4 the construction schedule will provide sufficient time to li allow for the necessary budget requests 5 the DOI will receive an assurance of the availability of local cost share funds at the same time the federal funds are made available SPANISH FORK FOHK CANYON NEPHI irrigation SYSTEM PROJECT items completed during 1994 can be divided into two groups planning items and NEPA compliance items planning items included purpose and need statement goals and objectives report inventory of resources report opportunities to meet needs report preliminary plan formulation report proposed plan of action |
