| Relation | Central Utah Project; Western Waters Digital Library; LEGAL AND legislative an easement agreement was signed with PacifiC pocificorp pacificorp orp aba dla lla dba utah power & light allowing it to relocate power poles from the west valley highway easement to the jordan aqueduct terminal reservoir property the agreement was signed in cooperation with the salt lake county water conservancy district three agreements were negotiated with the united states department of Inte interior flor in 1993 these agreements are required by legislation now known as public low law 102575 102 575 the first agreement outlines how the district will function as a federal agency for the purposes of national environmental policy act compliance the others are cost sharing agreements these agreements were signed in august A MOU between provo river water users association central utah water conservancy district and the US bureau of reclamation was signed to initiate filling of Jor danelle reservoir during the 1993 water year the board approved the MOU between the provo river water users the central utah water conservancy district and the US bureau of reclamation to continue the initial filling of gordonelle jordonelle Jor donelle reservoir during the period for november 11993 1 1993 through october 31 311994 1994 the board authorized execution of amendments to the repayment contracts with salt lake county water conservancy district metropolitan water district of salt lake city and the united states to provide for the prepayment of the obligations on the jordan aqueduct system this contract was signed by the district and presented for ratification by the board the water sales contracts the district has with several canal companies in the duchesne area provide for the canal companies to enter into subscription agreements with their stockholders for the project water allotted to the companies the contracts also provide for the companies to issue project water stock certificates separate from primary stock certificates work on the subscription agreements has been initiated moll 70 9 |
