1957 to supplement the farm income and continued until 1972 he was elected director of the deseret irrigation company in 1957 and has served in this capacity continuously since selected to help organize the millard county water conservancy district in 1961 served as director and secretary since its inception worked with the other directors to get millard county included in the central utah water conservancy district was very closely associated with wallace jeffery of the central utah water conservancy district board active member of the LDS church served as deseret stake YMIA board for twenty years holding many positions as explorer commissioner and activity counselor also held many ward positions has worked in civic activities to improve community and county he is dedicated to improving the resources of the state of utah for the benefit of all residents |
