wallace jeffery of the central utah water conservancy district board active member of the LDS church served as deseret stake YMIA board for twenty years holding many positions as explorer commissioner and activity counselor also held many ward positions has worked in civic activities to improve community and county he is dedicated to improving the resources of the state of utah for the benefit of all residents |
