central utah water project was mailed this week to president johnson and the congress 1 t the resolution which was passed by the upper colorado river commission at a recent meeting seeks funds to begin begins the bonnevillo bonneville Bonne villo project the largest and most complex unit of the project total cost of the unit will be about 300 million REPAY PLAN delegates to the river commission from utah new mexico colorado wyoming and the federal government noted in the i resolution that negotiations currently are under way between the central utah water conser vancy district and the bureau of reclamation on a repayment contract for the construction costs the contract between the district and the government is expected to be prepared by early fall under the terms of the contract the bureau of reclamation builds the water projects and the conservancy district Di strict striet sells the water to various mu rrt nicipalities companies and ini int 0 dustrial oustrial du
