Prendergast, with which he attached a report he had given before the Water Resources Section of the State Chamber of Commerce on the previous Friday, December 2, 1955. In that report Enersen proposed on behalf of the "Areas of Origin" Committee that a constitutional amendment might be the best solution to the problems of the California Water Plan. |
