| Description | Seepage and loss rate tests were conducted in Hidalgo County Irrigation District No. 2 (HCID2) on four segments of Lateral A during September 2002 and January 2003. Table 1 summarizes the results of this study. Also given in Table 1 are the results of two additional loss rate tests conducted during regional planning projects in the late 1990’s.
