| Description | This document is an interview with Hannah H. Templeton that took place in 1982. She arrived in Ontario, California in 1901 and went on to work for the Pacific Electric Company, Hotpoint, and later General Electric. Her father worked for the San Antonio Water Company. Templeton was born in 1891 in Belle Plaine, Iowa. She and her family moved to Ontario because her uncle had lived there and encouraged her father to find employment in the area.
