Description This report has defined methods of extrapolating hydrologic data for use in hydropower feasibility studies. Two large drainage basins in Idaho were studied and measured flow data from various streams in those basins were used to develop parametric duration curves similar to those developed by Heitz and the University of Idaho in earlier studies.
