He also discusses the study's political implications and its shortcomings, as well as the shortcomings of local and regional growth projections. Young mentions that in future seminars Prof. Henry Caulfield, Dr. Albert Mercer, and several students will present further evaluations of the study. This seminar is part of the International Interdisciplinary Seminar on Water Resources Management seminar series sponsored by the USAID Institutional Development Grant to CSU, which ran from 1969 to 1974.
