Seminar led by Henry Caulfield, the final in a series of seminars critically evaluating the economic projections for the Platte-Niobrara Subbasin included in the National Water Resources Council's Missouri Basin Comprehensive Framework Study, conducted by the Missouri Basin Inter-agency Committee Work Group on Economic Base Study. The seminar's advertised topic was an overall evaluation of the study, but this was combined with a discussion of the applicability of the study to water planning...
