Description Discussion of the history of stream flows in the South Platte River and the increased water supply to Nebraska caused by irrigation in Colorado. The author, possibly R. P. Teele, claims that litigation brought by Nebraska against Colorado via Western Irrigation District v. Riverside Irrigation District, et al., is a poor use of Nebraska's resources and suggests that Nebraska instead begin building more reservoirs.
