Description Biographical/Historical note: Leonard Russell Dunkley, born in 1897 in Nephi, Utah, was the United States Bureau of Reclamation project engineer for the Provo River Project in Provo, Utah. He passed away in Provo, Utah on October 29, 1967. File includes letters, maps, articles, reports, and pamphlets concerning the Salt Lake Aqueduct and the Provo River Project in Utah. The majority of the information is correspondence from 1948 to 1953 pertaining to articles Leonard Russell Dunkley wrote for Western Construction News about the Salt Lake Aqueduct and the Provo River Project.
