Description Biographical/Historical note: John H. Rosengren was a photographer in Provo, Utah, around the turn of the 20th century. He was born to Christian Rosengren and Betsy Larson in Sweden around 1870. The family immigrated to the United States between 1870 and 1880 and settled in Pleasant Grove, Utah. John married Emily Emma Culmer in 1893, and they had six children. In 1910, John owned a photo shop and worked as a photographer in Provo, Utah. The family then moved to Cleveland, Ohio. By 1920 John... Collection consists of twenty-three stereographs of Provo, Utah, and the surrounding areas taken by John H. Rosengren between 1880 and 1910.
