Description Administrative History: Salt Lake County Water Conservancy District was created in 1951 under the Water Conservancy Act and was called the Salt Lake County Water Conservancy District until 1999 when it was changed to Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District. The District delivers water throughout the Salt Lake and Utah counties. Bound handwritten notebooks containing information about the wells, water levels, and water availability for Salt Lake City, Utah between 1934 to 1935.
