Abstract This report describes the water requirements of fish and wildlife in the North Coast Basin, outlines the procedures used for defining these requirements, and submits minimum perennial flow regimen necessary for maintaining reasonable levels of fish and wildlife production in the basin. Similar reports have been submitted to the State Water Resources Board since 1961 for nine other Oregon drainage basins.
Field studies relevant to this report were initiated in the spring of 1965 and terminated in the fall of 1966. Most of the investigations were conducted during the months of June through September of 1965 and 1966.
