It conveys Bonneville Unit water across Wolf Creek Canyon to the inlet portal of Rhodes Tunnel. Win Diversion Structure will divert water from Twin Creek into a 12 inch diameter feeder pipeline for conveyance to Strawberry Aqueduct. |
