Description | Reports of the Division of Engineering and Irrigation prepared pursuant to acts of the Legislature. Chapter 476 of the Statutes of 1925 and Chapter 8009 of the Statutes of 1927. This map divides areas of southern California from the Pacific Ocean to land East of Bear Lake according to the following criteria: non-absorptive formations, semi-absorptive sediments, absorptive sediments (older alluvium), and later alluvium. |
