Description A three-dimensional computer model of ground-water flow in the Pullman-Moscow area of Washington and Idaho was constructed in 1987 to address concerns over increasing pumpage rates and declining ground-water levels in the Grande Ronde Formation of the Columbia River Basalts. An integral part of the model is the interconnection of ground water and surface water.
