Description Columbia Basin Project, Irrigation Division, 2nd Section, West Canal, Specs. 2541. Moving the lining machine from the west to the east side of Soap Lake. The man walking behind the liner is pointing at the vibrating tube. Directly to the right, the vibrator is the slip form, then the press plate to which the longitudinal groove outers are attached. Work is being performed by Morrison-Knudsen, Inc. under Schedule 1 of above Specifications. H.E. Foss, photographer.
