Description Columbia Basin Project, Irrigation Division, 2nd Section West Canal, Specs. 2541. Workman in the foreground is applying white pigmented curing compound. The two men on the platform in the bottom of the ditch are filling grooves with mastic. The man on the platform near the center of the machine controls the travel of the curing jumbo. Work is being performed by Morrison-Knudsen, Inc. under Schedule 2 of above Specifications. H.E. Foss, photographer.
