Description Columbia Basin Project, Irrigation Division, Soap Lake Siphon, Specifications 2411. This photograph shows the sump of the gravel trap and the partially constructed open inlet transition. The gap between the concrete and the circular re-steel is the location of the closed inlet transition. Work is performed by Winston Utah under Schedule I of the above specifications. H. E. Foss, photographer.
