Description Columbia Basin Project, Irrigation Division, Bacon Siphon and Bacon Tunnel. Looking into the downstream end of the Bacon Siphon from the point where it joins the Bacon Tunnel. The structure here has an inside diameter of 23-feet, 3-inches and when in full operation will carry enough water to irrigate half a million acres.
