Contractor: George B. Henly Construction Co., Inc. View of Long Lake Headworks structure during concrete placing in the outlet counterfort warped wall right side. Concrete is placed from the concrete bucket to small chutes in front of each counterfort. Long Lake Headworks is 2 miles northeast of Stratford, Wash.
