Description Columbia Basin Project, Irrigation Division. Moses Lake Development Farm 2 miles east of Moses Lake. Twelve hours after a 3/4 inch rain which fell between 5pm to 10pm September 16th, water was standing in alternate furrows in the low flat areas of the Netted Gem potato field. Eighteen days after the last irrigation, which gives indication of the slow rate of penetration in this field.
