Description Columbia Basin Project, Irrigation Division. Picture of diseased potato plant in potato field on Moses Lake Development Farm 2 miles east of Moses Lake. The disease is commonly referred to as Leaf Roll. The rolling of the leaves is often accompanied by a purple coloring of the stems, veins of the leaves, and the edges of the small terminal leaves.
