| Description | David Pitcher first became associated with the Central Utah Project as an engineer for the state of Utah Division of Water Resources, then later working for the CUWCD on projects that included the Olmsted Tunnel, Trial Lake replacement, eventually becoming the chief engineer at the CUWCD. Much of Mr. Pitcher’s career has been focused on building water treatment facilities and water storage facilities for Central Utah Project water. |
