Oregon State University's facility at Whiskey Creek, Netarts Bay, was back in operation. Suspected impacts of a private hatchery on the run of coho salmon on the Yaquina River are discussed. "In this report I will discuss the development of the PSH regulations, status of current permits, those which have been terminated, applications which were turned down, and the outlook for the future.
