"This is an annual review of the status of Oregon's ocean commercial crab fishery, a review of preseason crab testing off Oregon south of Cascade Head and discussion of crab pot limitations. Proposed rule amendments would provide for a new area description for the Cascade Head to OWCA border, establish crab quality criteria, and set a specific season delay of 14 days with a reopen date of December 15 if quality criteria are not met."
