Abstract "The fish management plan for the North Umpqua River system (below Soda Springs Dam) is designed to promote effective management of the fish resources in that river. It is prepared to inform interested citizens and agencies of management objectives and promote their input in choosing the appropriate courses of action. This plan will eventually merge with the South Umpqua and Smith River plans to form one Umpqua plan. When accepted by the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission, the plan will direct fishery decisions on the North Umpqua." (From Introduction)
