Description | One of a group of 46 slides depicting views of the Trinity River, Texas, from the collection of Ned Fritz. In the early 1970s, Fritz was campaigning with the group, Citizens' Organization for a Sound Trinity, to stop the canalization of the Trinity River. This photograph captures the Trinity in its natural state, in contrast to other slides in the group which portray channelized and developed stretches of the river. |
