| Description | This letter was written as part of research which Fritz was undertaking as chairman of Texas Committee on Natural Resources (TCONR) to address flood control for the Elm Fork area of the Trinity River basin. The letter is carbon copied to James White, chairman of Citizens' Organization for a Sound Trinity. He received a response from the Fort Worth Corps on May 9, 1973, which he later enclosed in correspondence to the TCONR Elm Fork Committee at a meeting on May 14, 1973. |
