During the summer of 1958, a study of the "Population Dynamics of the Small Benthic Fishes of Bear Lake, Idaho and Utah" was sponsored in part by a National Science Foundation grant to the Wildlife Management Department of Utah State University. The study was designed to extend over a period of three years. The collection of the material presented in this thesis was initiated in November 1958, and terminated in October 1959.
